Mi Mesa Roja was born from the colour of a kitchen table — red, warm, and full of life. A place where flavour and conversation have always belonged together.
It is a culinary journey rooted in a personal story — mine. Trained at the Basque Culinary Center, my approach is precise, creative, and always guided by one conviction: that cooking is simply an act of love. The Mediterranean and the Balkans live in everything I make.
